This product also helps control my sugar level, or so I believe. It is a quality product, as are all Nusapure supplements. I take at least four and I love them. Love the bottle too! It is so easy to open and airtight.

I use this product, in conjunction with cinnamon capsules, for diabetic neuropathy in my feet. I was having the creepy crawly feeling, like bugs crawling over my feet. My doctor suggested the Alpha Lipoic Acid and Cinnamon. They have completely eradicated the creepy crawlies. I have had to increase the dosage once, but it has been several years ago. This product is available locally, but frequently only in the lower dosage. Finding it on Amazon has made life easier!

This alpha lipoic acid seems to work well without negative side-effects for treating neuropathic pain. The pain is useless to treat using conventional OTC pain relievers I have found: Ibuprofen, aspirin, Tylenol, etc. I also recommend resveratrol as helpful as well in treating this pain.
