i realize now that this is supposed to do several different things, but I can only review how it worked for what I bought it for. I bought it for the energy boost. Working from home for months really had me drained and it was hard to get going again. I can definitely say I’m getting more energy using it and I’d recommend it for anyone who needs a little kick to get going. I honestly don’t know about the weight loss because I didn’t get it for that.

I tired these hoping they’d work as well as taking Coconut oil MCT as I didn’t care for the taste. I am pleased they work as well if not better! I have lots of energy,rarely get hungry and no after taste like with the oils.Easy to swallow too. I will buy it again.

I had recently done a lot of research on the types of supplements that I could take to help me with my liver enzyme numbers. I had very elevated AST and ALT numbers in June of 2020. Enough so that I decided I had to make an immediate lifestyle change. I came across a well-known doctor who said that MCT oil was beneficial not only for weight loss, but also it can help the liver, especially inflammation that can cause elevated enzyme levels. I have been taking this supplement for about a month now and I was recently tested by my doctor and my AST and ALT numbers are back to normal. They were over 10 times the normal range at the end of June. In addition to taking these MCT Oil supplements, I’ve also been exercising once or twice daily. I’m thrilled to see that with enough dedication and determination, I was able to drastically impact my liver health. I’m convinced that these pills have something to do with the improvement.In regards to this particular supplement, I’ve noticed an increase my energy levels throughout the day. I take the pills twice daily. Once in the morning and once in the evening. I’ve lost 5 pounds within the past month which I attribute to a combination of the supplements, and also my cardio exercise. The pills are on the larger side but they are very easy to swallow. No bad smells or after taste. It’s easy to incorporate these supplements in your daily diet.If weight loss is a goal, I recommend this brand of MCT oil. I noticed that my appetite has decreased as well. I feel very satiated between meals and eat three times a day. No snacking and no desire for sweets. I give this product 5 out of 5 stars. Well, to lose weight it did nothing about this but I did not follow a healthy and careful diet in terms of my diet, I think it did help with my headaches since I have not had migraines.

I kept forgetting to pour my liquid MCT oil into my coffee in the morning, so I am glad I came across these pills. They are reasonably priced, and I haven’t had any issues with taking them. I haven’t been taking them long enough to see the effects of weight loss yet, but research has shown that taking MCT oil over a period of time will help you lose weight!

Wow this stuff works great have a lot more energy and not as hungry though the day. Also does not kept me up at night and wakeup feeling great. It’s been about 10 days have lost 3 pounds. Very easy to take no side effects and priced right. Great product, will be buying more.

I’ve been taking this for about 2 weeks now. I have lost 2 pounds so far. The pills are very pliable and easy to swallow. The best thing I have found about them so far is they have relieved my constipation issues. I can really tell a difference in my issues and the relief only started when I began these.
