These capsules are better than the liquid and does not have the same effect on digestion. The liquid makes the toilet your best friend but the capsules does not.

I love the Keto MTC OIL CAPSULES! I feel way more energy. I used to have to nap everyday and it was getting in the way of college, parenting, taking care of the house and our cats and my every day life. I take two in the morning and two mid-day and I have not napped since the 1st day I tried them. I’m not as hungry either I noticed I’m just snacking now not having huge meals. I have bought them twice now the price is Perfect and I feel so much better about myself and my life.
