Ok so I wasn’t a big believer. But I was desperate. I am turning 50 this year. I gain 50 lbs over last 4 years. First day I took two..Second day i took just one early morning before breakfast and all day I had energy and felt full and very well satisfied all day.. So I’ve only been taking these pills for about a week and I must say that they DEFINITELY ARE A DETOX. I took two of them which are recommended on the bottle however it has me going to the restroom a lot (both poop and peeing). So going forward I’m going to only take one daily. It does detox your system and also suppresses appetite. I haven’t been taking it long enough to see the weight loss benefits but the way I’m using the restroom i know I’m gonna lose some kind of weight lol

I purchased these ACV pills for the first time one month ago and just ordered my second bottle. I am just now seeing the results and am very happy to report that I lost weight, lowered my Cholesterol and blood pressure is back to normal. They really do suppress your appetite too. I read all the reviews and want to say to those who had issues that these ACV pills with mother also detox the body of toxins. If you never did a detox/cleanse you need to know the symptoms of that are headaches , using the bathroom often and sometimes stomach upset. Stick with it thats all part of a cleanse/ detox symptoms. I do a detox cleanse once a year so I know longer experience headaches or stomach upset when doing a cleanse but when I first started doing cleanses I did. Its years of built up of toxins leaving the body. I Love this product and will continue to use. LOVING SEEING THE FLAT STOMACH COMING BACK. I am 51 and menopause had its way with my waist line I looked pregnant! Not any more. Also my arthritis is not flaring up as much. Highly recommend.

I experienced less fluid retention in my legs and better digestion while taking the apple cider vinegar capsules. I like that it’s in capsules because when I tried drinking apple cider vinegar it upset my stomach but these capsules had the same health benefits without the stomach upset.

I’d like to start off by stating lthat Nutriflair ACV has NO FILLERS NON GMO AND GLUTEN-FREE. The only ingredient is ACV and extremely important has the mother. Now. I really did not know what to expect on how it tasted or if it would burn my stomach, or if I would l lose any weight without changing my diet and not exercising. I tried drinking it in liquid form with water and straight and it was just intolerable and burned my stomach. My caloric intake per day is about 1000 calories. I haven’t been able to exercise for the past few years due to a back and knee injury. I also have another health condition (RT3) causing my metabolism to pretty much not exist which means I’m burning very few calories per day. So I put on quite a bit of weight. I started seeing a lot of ACV ads and supplements all over the internet. I researched so many brands I couldn’t even see straight, going back and forth between this brand that brand. I was really struggling to find the best ACV. The majority of products did not have the ‘mother’ and if they did have the mother they did not have enough of the active ingredient, or the serving amount was too low. all of these things could not produce positive results. Then on some the price was way too high and in many cases the price was too low, bring into question, how much active ingredient was really in those products and how many had fillers.
