I stopped taking all other supplements to give it a complete and fair assessment.I took the prescribed amount, with a small meal in the morning. About 30 minutes later I felt a strong sense of energy, focus without the jittery feeling that some products produce. With most supplements that advertise “energy” they mostly fade by mid day and overtime stop working all together.I’ve been taking this product for two weeks and it lasts all day and is just as strong to date.I have a messed up knee and take a lot of inflammatory supplement. Since I ‘ve been taking this supplement only, no knee pain during my workouts and or during the day.I also find that I sleep much better since taking it. The only warning I will give you is, taking three capsules a day may be too much, I’ve reduced my intake to 2 a day and find it to be the perfect balance for me.with all of the health benefits of the ingredients, I will be reducing my supplement purchase and saving a ton of money. There is no supplement that I have taken that enhanced how I think and feel within the first and second day of taking it, but this complex was able to do just that for me. The combination of lions mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga, maitake, turkey tail, and shiitake carries a heaping abundance of positive effects for your nervous system, immune system, respiratory, inflammation in joints and muscles, and in general from what I am gathering and all of the research I’ve done on each individual species of mushroom, these things do an amazing job of keeping all of your cells healthy and happy. For me there was an instant change in the formation of my thoughts on the first and second days on the complex. I am a young normally nervous and highly anxious individual, which often restricts me from living my life as free as I would like to, I’ve been able to combat this with lots of mindful thinking techniques like exercise and meditation and all of these techniques work well. However, after taking the complex I immediately noticed I no longer had any anxiety or tension in my nerves. I no longer had to take notice that my jaw was clenched and no longer needed to remind myself to relax. Literally feels as if a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. It is also worthy to mention the amount of energy I feel from taking it. Since on the mushroom complex i’ve actually found myself unable to be lazy(seriously!), if I try to lay down and take a nap at any time of the day I’ll be unable to because I just have too much brain activity(but not in a bad way!). I find myself just wanting to read more or clean or practice guitar or do anything else I can think of that is productive. I had all of these things in my life before but before I would sometimes choose to take a nap instead or not always prioritize what is most productive. I just want to engage and participate in whatever way now, basically all the time. I would strongly recommend this for anybody who has problems with feeling anxious and if you just can’t get a hold of your nerves. Give this stuff a try seriously, it will give you nerves of steel and this is just what I’ve observed mentally. Physically this stuff is working wonders for you from head to toe, strongly strongly strongly recommend this for anyone and everyone.

Amazon rejected my last review, probably because they couldn’t believe how awesome these really are, and thought I was fibbing. WELL I’M NOT!!! I am on my fourth bottle of these now, and let me tell you, they have done me wonders. I have read other reviews and thought “there is no way this is that good”, and finally took the plunge several months ago, and I’m not going back. These have done wonders for my mental health and mental clarity. I’ve suffered through depression and brain fog for years, and while I won’t lie and tell you these cured them completely, it makes these swings significantly less severe, and brain fog is short lived and I recover quickly. These have kept me sharp as can be, so much so, that it has been commented on by my coworkers and bosses. I recently took a significant promotion at work, and I would contribute the mental stamina it took to get it to this supplement. To be clear, I have taken various supplements over the years, and have found several to not do anything for me, so I feel that I’m self aware enough to know when I am experiencing a placebo effect, and I genuinely do not feel this is what I’m experiencing with this supplement. This is genuine. I don’t expect that these to work for everyone, but they certainly work for me, and I would recommend them.
