I have been struggling with low thyroid for almost 2 years but not at a level which would require thyroid medication. I had/have many low thyroid symptoms including exhaustion, weight gain, brainfog. After only two weeks I definitely feel a difference. I read it takes at least six weeks to two months before you can really feel a difference but I am definitely less tired and have no brain fog already. I will have more blood tests in a few months then I hope to give an update.

I have had stress because of what I considered to be normal reasoning but lately my anxiety has shot through the roof. It had me panicking at work crying and I lashed out on one of my coworkers. It was getting so bad that I couldn’t sleep and it was starting to just takeover my life. So before I went to see a doctor I wanted to see if I could help myself. Ran across these bought them and I must say they are amazing. I feel so relaxed and happy.

This stuff is amazing! I am a fairly anxious person who tends to stress over every little thing and I find that this product takes the edge off. I can easily spend weeks at a time stressing over a trivial thing and lose a substantial amount of sleep by tossing and turning or just have that constant anxiety feeling but all I have to take is just 1 of these and I sleep the night away. I also find that it extends into the day and I don’t get as stressed with normal daily activities which having a preschooler and toddler can be a bit unnerving some days. I had bought 1 bottle of this and loved it so much but when I ran out I wanted to see the difference so I waited several weeks before ordering again and all that anxiety and lack of sleeping came rushing back so I ordered my second bottle and have been doing great again.UPDATE: Still in love with this stuff and will be purchasing a 3rd bottle shortly. I cannot believe the quality of sleep I get while using this. I don’t even want to try a different brand because this stuff is consistent and helps night after night.

I waited until I finushed the bottle to write a review, bear with me. I’m a 70 yr old woman who was recovering from a bad case of brobchitis in December of 2018. I was researching for nore nnatural things to trear myself. I had never heard of this ASHWAGANDHA and still dont really understand what it is. But I have been tested for low thyroid issues before and found that I didn’t require medication even though I had some of the symptoms, fatigue, foggy brain. I started taking 1 a day annd within less than a month my whole world changed. Now I grant you getting over being so sick was a bijhg thing in itself but I still continued yo cough …..no, this was much deeper, thus was almost cellular. I tell you I have never felt as good in my life as I have the month I turned 70…on every level. Now the not bad news, but peculiar news, to me anyway. It lasted a month and then I sort of leveled of and then kind of became morose. Now my husband I is going thru some issues eith his eyes, he is due to have cataract surgery on both eyes the next month, so he has been very agitated and I know that has had an effect on me. Plus I’m wondering if I could have built up a tolerance yo the dosage of 1300 mg a day, or perhaps need yo up my intake. So I’d like to know if you have some recommendations before I reorder. I await your response eagerly.

Wow!!! I’ve been disabled since 2010 & was on a cocktail of medicine including morphine for 6.5 years. Since stopping all the drugs I’ve dealt with anxiety & insomnia. I just took 1 pill before bed last night, it was the best natural sleep I’ve had in years. I’ve also been extremely mellow with no anxiety all day. Great product!

I purchased this product for me and my dog who recently was dx with mouth cancer (mass on roof of her mouth). I read how this product has been known to shrink tumors in animals so thought what could I lose to try it. In one week the mass has clearly shrunk (have been taking pictures and will continue to) and there has been no more blood in her crate or food bowl. I have been also now feeding her soft raw food and alkaline water but do believe its the Ashwagandha that is helping. As for myself, I haven’t felt any different “yet” but been a crazy couple weeks and have forgotten to take myself a couple of times, plus I read it takes a couple months to feel the effects, so will continue to give to both my dog and myself.

I began taking this about two weeks ago and BOY do I notice a difference in so many things. The very first night, I slept through the night for the first time in 5 years and I woke up feeling more rested than I had in a LONG time. I’ve definitely noticed stress and anxiety reduction and a more calm and steady mind. I’ve think it’s working as a mild appetite suppressant. I have been mindful of my diet, and have been losing about 1-3lbs a week, but am now losing 5+lbs a week since starting this supplement! Will definitely be setting up a subscription for this!

I took this product every day for several months because I have a mild thyroid issue and inflammation. I used to take a prescription thyroid medication.
