First ,let me say that I am an active senior. A few months ago I began to notice pain in one knee during my daily exercise walks . Over time the pain got worse especially while going up or down stairs . It was painful just to stand and move my leg back while bending at the knee. I began to have pains at night simply lying in my bed trying to sleep. My doctor ordered x-rays and said I had mild arthritis in the troubled knee. He then gave me a shot of cortisone in the knee area. In a few hours the pains were gone . I felt wonderful until 11 days later the pains began to return. I could not have more cortisone for several months . So my doctor recommended the usual over the counter pain relievers. I did not want to use these products on a regular basis . That’s when I discovered your Tumeric curcumin capsules . At that point I was willing to try anything that sounded like a natural anti inflammatory . I began taking 2 capsules each day with my meals . In about two weeks I thought I began to notice a little less pain while using stairs , in about a month I could do my walks pain with out pain ,I no longer had knee pain while trying to sleep . Let me be clear with everyone .I believe using this product has completely eliminated the severe knee pain I was experiencing . I hope it can help others but I can make no guarantees .

My husband has been taking this product for joint pain and toe fungus for over 3-years per his physicians recommendation. He is 88 and has joint pain which is relieved by turmeric. This does ease my joint pain slightly, but boy does it heat my body up. Took me a while to realise it was this product, but after a few days of use, my skin was warm to the touch like I had a raging fever. So I started taking less pills, and only every other day. My sister did not have the same experience so you may not either. If you do, just cut back on the dosage.

I received your product in a timely fashion. I actually purchased this product for a dear friend in Trinadad due to his complaints of joint pain, mailing it to him. I ordered two extra bottles to try. I have had over 40 fractures, with a double torn rotator cuff my most frequent injury. I decided against surgery but a year later I was still suffering from shoulder pain at night upon laying down. I took my first capsule in the morning and by evening my husband could actually lay his head on my shoulder without me wincing or asking him to move. Fast forward three weeks, I decided to stop taking and within 2 days the grinding pain was starting to return. I immediately took another capsule and am convinced for life this actually works. I take it for about 4 days, notice I have no pain and stop taking it, only to start to ache again! It is the best of all the products I have tried-creams with advil, arnica creams and glucosamine and only turmeric works. And this product has the most of any I have found and the price is perfect. Had real bad shoulders for years. Doctor told me it was inflamation. Got cortisone shot did nothing. Started taking this natural root years ago and after only two weeks and taking two a day have never had a problem with my shoulders.

I am taking just one each day along with other health maintenance compounds. This is just to help maintain my immune system. It has worked well. Almost everyone in my home and other places have come down with flu and bad recurring colds. I have not had any symptoms. I have also recommended this product to several friends who have recently undergone chemo and radiation treatment for cancer. As recommended in the literature, they are taking nine each day, three with each meal. The results are amazing. Two have reported that after about 30 days of the start of taking this product, there is no sign of scar tissue or other evidence that cancer had ever been there.

After checking with my doctor to make sure tumeric would not interfere with medications that take regularly, I ordered and received a 120 count bottle at the end of the year. I have been taking 2 capsules per day for the last three weeks. As a first time user of tumeric, I was surprised in such a short period of time to find that this supplement does seem to have alleviated the many of aches and pains I feel after cardio work and weight lifting at the gym at least three times per week. I was under the impression (perhaps mistakenly) that the beneficial effects of this supplement would have to build up of a longer period of usage. I have not experienced any negative side effects from usage. Given the relief I have felt so far I will definitely continue to use this brand.

I have severe Arthritis pain in the back and knees and most products that work on others don’t work for me but this one is PERFECT pain relief, especially in my knees for my husband and me
