For the first time the bottle containing the capsules arrived with one side caved in as if something heavy was placed on it or as if it was wedged in too small a space thankfully on initial glimpse the capsules seemed to be intact

I love the 14 day cleanse but havent seen any results with this yet. I will give it time but it’s not even helping with bloating or gas

Every Dr. Tobias product I try just works. If you have trouble pooping or forgot how: these will put you back on track by day 2. Woooooooowweeeeeee do I feel like if I jump too high I might float away.

Be prepared to have noting left inside of you. Taking capsule a day was the best. Take more than 1 and the bathroom became my best friend for days. Yes, loosing weight is easy when everything goes right through you. I can say that I felt better after the massive clean out.

I decided to use this as a daily addition to my vitamins etc. I’ll take one in the morning and sometimes one at night and it keeps everything moving just fine
