This may not be the usual purpose, but I bought these to give me a source of papain for use as a meat tenderizer. About a quarter capsule (~100mg) did a great job tenderizing a pound of steak! Great for making those tougher cuts delicious.

This item began working is 2 weeks. Doctor asked how?? “Papaya Papain Enzyme,” is easy to take and overall feeling improves and if you have blood work you will notice a change, or your doctor may notice.Also, I lost weight over the next 6 months. Not sure exactly but helps with blood sugar and digestive issues which helps the body with platelets.Not a doctor here, just read a lot and ask far too many questions at doctors visits.

I have been using antacids so much they don’t work like they used to. Controlling stomach acid with medications is not the answer. The natural enzymes in this products aides digestion which keeps my stomach from producing the extra acid that gives me heart burn and it works in about 30 minutes. I’m good for now.

As described. I use about 6% in a mixture of honey, distilled water, rice bran, xanthan gum, and 1% salicylic acid. The rice concentrate combined with the xanthan gum actually helps distribute it throughout the mixture. The best body, face, and scalp exfoliater I’ve ever used. I have KP and see a huge difference, which means this is as expected. The price is great. Will buy again.

I take papain at the recommendation of my gastroenterologist in order to fight gas and bloating after meals. I’m used to taking papain products before and not after meals, but maybe I’ve just been taking them wrong…? Anyway, this one is meant to be taken once you’re done eating, and it definitely makes my guts happier.
