I started being more health conscious in 2019, eating better and taking supplements. None of my joints were great but my knees were terrible. I’d been taking fish oil, but wanted something else to help. I started with collagen powder, which was great, but I didn’t always feel like eating or drinking it, so I looked for collagen pills.I tried a few brands at first, but I didn’t know notice much difference and/or the serving sizes were ridiculous, so I ended up finding this brand. I liked the price, the bottle size, and it was only three average- sized pills a day. After the first bottle, I was feeling better, so I added it to my subscribe and save and took it for almost a year. I was also losing weight at the same time, so that could have accounted for some of the improvement on my joints.At least, that’s what I thought until it was unavailable a few months back. I went back on the hunt for a new pill, and remembered how frustrating it was the first time. I ended up trying two more brands. One did absolutely nothing for my joints, and the other (from a brand I have other stuff I like from) was a little bit better, if I literally doubled the serving, which was 6 horse pills a day. Even though I’d ordered the new pills before these ones ran out, the difference was stark. My knees started randomly aching doing nothing. I had to start being careful on the stairs I was taking every day at work. If I stepped weird, my knee would be sore for days. Suffice it to say, once these were available again, I bought a year’s supply. True to form, within 3-4 days of taking them, my knees improved.As for it helping my nails, I’ve always had strong nails. However, I do them 2 or 3 times a month and I notice the growth as I have to shape them every time. Regarding my hair, it’s always been thick, but it’s also curly, so it’s harder to notice growth.TLDR – Of the 5 or 6 collagen pill brands that I’ve tried, these are the best at improving my joints. They’re also a good price and bottle/serving size. I will buy them as long as they’re effective and available.

I originally purchesed the collegen for my thining hair, not thinking it would also help with my joint pain. I am a 54 year old female with arthritis, before taking the Nutrivein multicollegen I had terrible knee and joint pain. I would often walk with limp from the pain and my knees would randomly give out. After about 2 weeks taking this product I noticed one day I was walking with no limp and no pain. I am impressed with this product, my hair has not had much difference except Im not losing as much as I was before starting the collegen. After completion of one month of this product I see a difference in my hair growth and my nail strength has increased. I hope with continued use to see an improvement in my skin and joint pain. I’m told collagen is good for heart health, and I am on medication for high blood pressure. Any improvement in that area would be wonderful. I’ll try to update this after another month or so of use.

I’ve used 3 supplements a day and on my 3rd bottle now. I can say for certain my hair is growing so quickly that even people notice how long it’s growing. I’m a nail biter for 20 plus years and my nails have grown rapidly! I’ve been mindful to stop biting them and see results. As for my patella inflammation, I’m not certain this helps however I am aware my hair and nails are growing rapidly. The first 2 weeks, I had a bit of an upset stomach while incorporating these into my daily supplements routine. There is not a smell or odor (no after taste) that these supplements give off or leave. I have no problem swallowing pills and they are of average oval size, so simple to take daily in the morning. After much research, I found the Nutrivein to buy and try for skin, hair, nail and body. I’m pleased with the results of long healthy hair and nails. THERE’S 180 PILLS IN 1 BOTTLE= 2 MONTHS OF SUPPLEMENTS.
