I’ve never heard of Berberine but the studies I read moved me to try it. However, with so many name brands and sizing per serving I didn’t know which one to get.So, after reading all the reports, the feedback, and the ingredients I decided on 1200 mg NUTRIVEIN PREMIUM BERBERINE+ with ORGANIC CEYLON CINNAMON.After about three weeks of using this product I began to notice that I was feeling better – a lot better – and in trying to figure out what I was doing different it dawned on me that the only thing that I added to my daily routine was Berberine.I am 67 years old and have a few health issues including hip replacement.My doctors gave me medication for the pain from my surgery – which caused my blood pressure to go up; they gave me medication for my blood pressure which caused fluid to settle in my ankles.Then they gave me medication for that which is causing neuropathy in my right hand and foot, etc, etc, etc.I ended up going from 0 to about 7 different medications – in just a matter of months!The side effects from all the synthetic chemicals were causing more problems then help.So I figured I would try the berberine. All the information I read – and I read quite a bit – lead me to try it out.Now, I would never tell anyone to quit taking their prescription medication, but about a week ago I decided to quit taking mine and I feel better than I have in many years.Everything seems to have normalized. My blood pressure is great, the neuropathy is disappearing, I’m able to walk better, I’ve even lost a little weight. I know this sounds too good to be true – but it is for me. My doctor has even asked me what I’m doing different.I feel certain that I will be taking this product for the rest of my life.I’m sure we can all agree that our golden years aren’t so golden – we deal with so many health issues but researching, thoroughly researching, and adding this supplement has made me feel better so I can appreciate and enjoy the few years I may have left in life.Now I am free of all of the synthetic prescription drugs that always have some type of side effects.Please understand that I’m not making a medical proclamation, I don’t want any trouble from the FDA.I’m just saying that adding this supplement to MY daily routine has made MY day more than just routine – it has made the quality of MY life much better!A quick follow up: although I really appreciate this product and have benefited from it, in less than 45 days the price has increased by over 50%. Although I said I will be taking it for the rest of my life I may have to look for an alternate because being on a fixed income it has been priced out of my range.ONE MORE FOLLOWUP:A label on the bottle says that if I do a review on it I’ll get a free bottle, but yet when I click for the review it says the FREE BOTTLE is no longer available. However, they gave me a 20% discount ($4.00) on my next purchase but they went up $10 on the bottle.Good product, bad greedy marketing. I’ll buy berberine again, but not from these people.

When my blood sugar is high I usually get a headache with confusion and bad temper. I have not felt that in two days. My chest doesn’t feel heavy and painful. I have problem sleeping ,I haven’t had a problem in two day and I forget I haven’t eaten. Mood is positive and up lifted

These capsules are more pleasant to swallow than any other supplement, ever! A hint of citrus and sweet… how lovely when they help with blood sugar to boot. LOVE that there are no fillers, GMO’s, preservatives, stearates, artificial flavors or colors, corn or soy! Just a veggie capsule… THANK YOU for working to keep this product so clean. I’ve been eating a bit too much sugar lately — and have had no ill effects. I believe this berberine is absolutely helping! Also noticing my rosacea is beginning to clear up… can’t wait for my next bottle to see further results.

I work with a PhD in Pharmacology and Biochemistry and he and I have been taking Berberine for the last 5 years or so, maybe longer. I recently showed him your product after I found it on Amazon and bought it. Up until then, we had both been buying the 400mg and 500mg brands from another place. He remarked that not only did he not see any filler in your capsules (due to the brilliant yellow color, as fillers tend to dull the yellow color), he appreciated the higher mg (1200) as well as the great cost savings. I enjoyed taking this supplement. I have PCOS. It has helped me to start losing weight after struggling so long. I lost 5 pounds in my first week with no exercise. I have made small changes to my diet, but I am seeing results that I have not seen before with all of my previous efforts. I recommend this supplement for those struggling with PCOS.

Berberine from NutriVein is a game changer. A few months I was under a lot of stress which subjected a bad bug that caused gut problems and panic attacks. As a result, I started having heart palpitations, liver, and kidney problems, and my blood work was off. I had high cholesterol and triglycerides, with extremely high insulin resistance which made me a pre-diabetic. I have been taking Berberine for about a week and I already feel much better (less stressed) and the diabetic symptoms are going away (e.g. sweet taste in mouth). Urinalysis tests (dipstick) were abnormal before berberine and now they are back to normal. I feel much more energized through out the day, I lost belly fat (2 inches), and my sleep was instantly regulated (after three days). I hold science degrees and have looked into the research papers on berberine and let’s just say it’s an all in one pill. That is not to say, you can ignore good dieting and exercising habits; berberine works synchroniously with your heart routines to get better results. I am not a medical professional and this review is purely based on my experience. I would recommend talking to your doctor before taking such supplement since it may interfere with existing medication.

The taste of the capsule is bitter and oh so yucky, coated with something fowl. The produce it’s self on the inside is whats valuable, I have been rinsing the outside quickly and taking it. It really gets my stomach active, no bad feelings or headache, I take it 20 mins before eating lunch, one a day to start is always a good idea. Will keep you posted on benefits. I am insulin resistant and have fatty liver and working on healing.Update: Has really helped in digestion and absorption, Great product will order again, I have my daughter taking it as well, for same health issues.
