This is a convenient mix of things I take separately already along with something that seems to be helping with my late night snacking. I already take Melatonin & 5-HTP. The added L-Theanine and Ashwagandha I was considering adding to help with ADHD and stress, so I was able to combine supplements I already take with a couple I wanted to add but I can not get everything in a single dose instead of taking a handful of different capsules. I have not been taking it long enough to see any significant weight loss, but I honestly have not checked a scale, so I could have lost a few pounds. I am definitely not snacking before bed like I used to & I don’t feel any negative side effects.

The effects of this product are immediately noticeable in terms of the calming/sleep inducing effect. It’s gentle and not overbearing like some sleep aids I’ve taken in the past but it definitely calms you and puts you to bed. And the best part is that you wake up feeling rested, not groggy or hungover like some other sleep products I’ve used.. Now, As far as weight loss, well that doesn’t happen over night unfortunately but I have had truly amazing results thus far. Since I stated using this product I have lost around 10 lbs!!! This product has eliminated my cravings and I think it really does speed up your metabolism because there’s no way I lost 10 lbs just by skipping a few snacks around bedtime for a month here and there.. I’ve used many different fat burners and diet pills (both stimulant and non-stimulant. The only other product I had success with was a hardcore stimulant fat burner that would make me feel uncomfortable throughout the day so I discontinued use. None of the other non-stimulant fat burners I’ve used did anything so I’m super thankful I bought this product.

I absolutely love this product. I wasn’t searching for a sleep aid but I generally take melatonin to help me sleep so I figured I’d get a two for one deal here, assuming the product worked of course. Stopped taking my melatonin supplement and switch over to this and it works much better as a sleep aid.As for weight loss, all I can say is WOW. I legit lost 8 pounds and the bottle isn’t even finished yet. That’s impressive. I’m not on a diet and haven’t changed my workout routine so I have to attribute it to this product. As a side note, I wake up feeling super lean when taking this product which is a great way to start the day. Not sure if it’s from the metabolism boosting agents or the appetite suppressants (definitely has suppressed my late night snacking desires) but regardless it’s working. Absolutely great product and it’s a great price since you’re getting a sleep aid and a fat burner all in 1!

The writing on the packaging was small and a bit worn, making it difficult to read, but over all it was a good sleep aid, but I had some very vivid dreams since I’ve been using it, and Ive only been using it a few days, I’d have to keep better track of my waking weight to tell if it was actually a good fat burner, I hadn’t seen any results yet.

I was a bit unimpressed with the amount of packaging this product came in, but the product itself is great. I can’t attest to its fat burning qualities as it’s only been a few days, but as a sleep aid, it is absolutely fantastic and I will be buying it again. Melatonin has never worked this well for me separately.

I really like the product, except for the label on bottle which is impossible to read because the print is very very tiny. It does help me get 4 hours of great sleep. I have always battled insomnia and welcome anything to help me get some restful sleep. It’s bad when your brain will not shut down and counting sheep, numbers or whatever doesn’t help. This product does seem to help me and I recommend it.

I love these two products from Dr. Emil, the Multi Collagen and the Bedtime Burn..It helps me sleep well because it has melatonin in it and it helps burn fat while you sleep..I can tell because I don’t gain more weight anymore even I ate more carbohydrates for the last two weeks while talking this product..and the collagen helps my skin and hair beautiful…

I got this product because I needed help to stop midnight snacking and help sleeping. I’m an insomniac and have been on Prescription sleep aides before that I didn’t like because of the drugged feeling they gave me. Was happy to see a natural product. My first night taking it I felt immediately just more relaxed but it was very natural I took it at 8:04 and went to sleep at 10:02. I fight sleep but I was ready to go to bed. I only got up once In the middle of the night and that was to get some juice, and I went back to sleep. I didn’t eat at all! I’m confident it will help me lose the weight I gained from my midnight snacking. Def worth a try!
